A Fairytale

I waited,paused
little by little
darkness surrounds
alone in the forest
I walk

"what are you waiting for?
the sun is setting"
hark(listen)
I waited, paused
no one around me

Nothing happened

the birds sang no more
the sky was blue no more
darkness everywhere
I waited, paused

"what are you waiting for?
the sun has set"

the voice again
hark
I waited, paused
no one around me

no stars in the sky
no moon singing tonight
no hope in the air
i have lost my way

alone,cold,sweating with fear
i waited, paused
alone in the forest
i hark

"what are you waiting for?"

the question again
no reply, i gave.
my fear made
shapes in the dark

my eyes betray me
fireflies from nowhere
light up the sky
yellow light everywhere

the question again
"what are you waiting for?"

i hark
the hoofs
a uniconin yellow
the fireflies danced
a god for the lost

stood by the oak
and smiled at me
she spoke, thee
"what are you waiting for?"

"the yellow sun
i answered"

"lost are you?how long?"
she asked
the unicon
oh!what beauty!she is

"yes,for long"
my fear ebbed away
the fireflies
danced around me

"sleep for now
the yellow shall rise
waste your fear
for am here"

and she smiled

i sat under the oak
the soft grass under me
the pixies sang for me
her hoofs played drum

i slept for long
no dew sat on me
i slept for long
the cool breeze

sunrise has come
the yellow smiled at me
but the unicorn was gone
the firelies
the pixie were gone

i asked the oak
to say my thanks
the oak danced in reply
"yes,i shall"with the wind
i walked back home.
safe and sound.

The Silence of God

where has she gone?
asked the land,parched and thirsty
to the sky thirsty and blue
no answer came,no monsoon came

where has she gone ?
asked the child, his lips parched, thirst in his throat
to his mother thirsty and weak
no monsoon came but an answer came
"she has gone far away to wet the lands
to turn leaves green,to feed the rivers
she is on gods command
for god alone commands"

where has she gone
asked the child with his hands towards the sky
with thirst in his throat
to the sun scorching and merciless
no answer came and he couldn't hide

the dry grass and the ribbed cows looked to the sky
in the yellow of the sun they waited
not a cloud any where the sun couldn't hide
no water anywhere the sky remained silent

she then came dancing to the drums of angles
pouring rains mingled with love from her bosom
but she was late for the land ate the child
the land was no longer thirsty for tears can quench thirst

the child died of thirst and his lips were parched
his mother sat by his grave drenched in her rain
she remained silent,no answer came
god remained silent no answer came

Bi Spectacled

Bi spectacled she sits there alone
slightly out of her mind
lost from reality,forever
i cried out to her
"oh lady in green
why sit alone there?
come lets make merry"
she looked at me smiling
her bi spectacles shining
happy that i asked her
happy that i woke her
and she tells me
"i am fine,alone"
and she sits there still.
her smile remain frozen in me
her lost mind
bi spectacled she sits there alone
still smiling
bi spectacles shining
happy that i asked her
happy i tried to wake her.
